The Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Kolomyia – Chernivtsi is an eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church situated in Ukraine. The eparchy is suffragan to the Major Archeparchy of Kiev-Halych. The diocese was established on 20 April 1993. As of May 2013 the eparchy became vacant.
