UniRed

UniRed is a Unicode text editor, capable of processing many character encodings, designed for Microsoft Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP. UniRed is developed by Yuri Finkel. UniRed is recommended for use by the editorial team of Monato magazine.[1]

UniRed is a free software, released under to the GNU GPL. It is no longer actively developed.
