The Uniform Woodcreeper (Hylexetastes perrotii uniformis) is a bird in the Dendrocolaptinae subfamily. It is often considered a subspecies of the Red-billed Woodcreeper, although some taxonomists consider it to be a distinct species.
It is found in humid forest in the south-central Amazon of Bolivia and Brazil.
