United States House of Representatives elections, 2010 – complete list
Elections to the United States House of Representatives for the 112th Congress were held on November 2, 2010. At the beginning of the 111th Congress, Democrats held 256 seats and Republicans held 178. As of July 31, 2010, the House consists of 255 Democrats and 178 Republicans, with two vacancies (Indiana's 3rd District, formerly held by Republican Mark Souder, and New York's 29th District, formerly held by Democrat Eric Massa) to be filled for the remainder of the 111th Congress by special elections to be held on the same day as the general election.
