"Up and Down" is a song by Europop group Vengaboys. In it reached number four in the UK charts in December, 1998[citation needed]. It also reached number one in the US dance charts in 1999. The song was also sampled in DMC's rare remix of Cher's "Believe". The "Wooo !" voice in the song is sampled from Crash Goes Love by Loleatta Holloway[1]
