My Goals For Arb-com

1) Speed up Arbitration process

For Example Plautus was allowed too much time to troll before he was banned.

2) Increase the number of Arbitrators

I know the Arb-com is Judicial in nature and not legislative, however we should some how increase the number of Arbitrator from 9 to at least 14, this goes hand-in-hand with number one above

3) Strict Enforcement of the 3 revert rule

This speaks for itself.

4) Double penalties for using sockpuppets, if you're in arbitration

"Sockpuppets are uncool, unless there's a vaild reason" Jimbo

5) Help users that repent, that are in Arbitration

Parole is a good idea.

6) Enforce Partial bans

If a user is a problem in only a certain amount of articles than partially ban them from those sets of articles

7) Make the Arb-Com a friendly atmosphere.

Arbitrators should be friendly and nice, and treat everyone the same way no matter if your Jimbo or Plautus (Kill 'em with kindness is what my mother used to tell me as a boy :)
