Vanessa, full name Vanessa Becerra an American youth soccer player, born September 1, 1989 in Paramount CA. Also known for strong left foot and her soccer abilities, currently playing in Real Colorado soccer club in Denver CO. Vanessa has played youth soccer sence the age of 4-1/2 in Downey AYSO at the age of 11 Vanessa started playing club soccer for her father, Coach Ronnie Becerra in Downey SC under the name Xtreme, there she played for 1 season and then the moved to Whittier SC in Whittier CA. Under the new name of HAVOC until 2005. At the same time Vanessa played club, ayso and indoor soccer at Downey YMCA. Vanessa also played at Griffinth Middle school and won her spot on the Warren High School Varsity girls soccer team in her freshman year and played 2 sesaon there before moving to Colorado to start her Jounior year in high school where she will play varsity for her new school Vanessa experianced a tragic lost, in 2001 her grandfather dead of cancer, as Vanessa comtinues her young soccer career she dedicates her goals to her grandfather Jose Becerra, who he would refer to her as her "mi Campiona" (my champion). Vanessa is well known in the Southern California club curcuit for her left footed scoring ability.

Vanessa as also played on traveling teams, Hawaii at the age of 10 and again at the age of 16 also played on tournament teams to Washington and Arizona and many local Southern California soccer tournaments. Vanessa hopes to earn a spot on a university soccer squad.
