I am now proud owner of a TUSC account!
Lately, your signature has been appearing between double- and triple-spaced, that is, 1 1/2 blank lines above and below the line that contains the signature. But it only happens on my Windows XP, Service Pack 3 computer, and only on Firefox. Art LaPella (talk) 16:03, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
- It had a
3pxpadding; maybe that version of Firefox interprets that in a weird way. (I've removed the padding now, anyway.) ― A. di M. 18:21, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
United States Military Date Proposal
A discussion on the encyclopedic need for the use of military dates on United States military related articles is taking place at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Dates and numbers#Proposal to strike out the requirement that American military articles use military dates. Please join in.--JOJ Hutton 23:29, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

The "one link" rule/enforcement has gotten out of hand, I'm trying to get something closer to rationality. You supported my proposed change once, could you edit the proposal, and/or chime in again with a statement of support. Thanks Boundlessly (talk) 22:10, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
New MOS:CAPS discussion
The topic of an inconclusive discussion that you participated in (Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Capital letters/Archive 8#Apparent conflict of guidelines) has been brought up again at WT:MOSCAPS#Contradiction and divergence at MOS:MUSIC. You may (or may not) want to express an opinion at the new discussion. Deor (talk) 17:37, 13 February 2013 (UTC)
help needed-Phonetics IPA- newbee
Hi, I saw your comment in the IPA talk page. If possible could you please help me fix the phonetics. The English is Thalassery biriyani t̪alaʃeɾi biɾʲijaːni I tried to convert this into a modified format found in the page Hyderabadi haleem //. But this did not work for thalassery biriyani. This is what I tried /[unsupported input][unsupported input][unsupported input][unsupported input][unsupported input][unsupported input]/, but it showed error. I am trying to learn. If possible please help me fix this. I tried to study phonetics but did not work :-).I am trying to learn by developing an article to a higher quality scale. Thanks and Regards --Sunaina Kunju (talk) 15:47, 5 August 2013 (UTC)
- Template:IPAc-en is intended for English pronunciations and only works with English phonemes. So either you show the Malayalam pronunciation with Template:IPA-ml, or an Anglicized pronunciation (something like //, I'd guess?) with IPAc-en (or both). — A. di M. 17:18, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
