I have spent my entire life editing people's writings. It's become a habit. I look at a piece of prose and simply have to edit it! It particularly irks me when people try to use big words just to sound "intelligent." Indeed, I feel it has the opposite effect so that's what I try and do here at Wiki. Keep things simple I say. I am a psychologist by profession but spend most of my free time at home, making up new recipes for healthy cookies. This is based on my paleo diet that makes me feel like I'm 20 years younger than I am! I also love hanging out with my dog and taking him on long walks - this is beneficial to us both. Life is just too short NOT to make smart health choices. And life is certainly not long enough for elongated word usage!
