This bot updates the number of cases on the AMA Alerts page, based on the contents of a category.
Written in c#, using the Query API and Dotnetwikibot framework, the program checks a category for the number of pages in it, and then posts that number to a wikipedia page. This happens every 5 minutes.
[edit] What it does
- Updates Wikipedia:Association of Members' Advocates/AMA Alerts/content/num with the number of new cases
- Updates Wikipedia:AMA Requests for Assistance/Requests/By Date Filed/list with a listing of cases by the date they were filed
- Lots of IRC based stuff in the AMA channel #AMA-Wikipedia
