[edit] About me

I'm Bryce Abraham and I live in New South Wales, Australia. I am a university student and as such may be a little busy at times due to my workload, so don't fret if I am a little slow in getting back to you! :) I have a keen interest in modern history—particularly in the sectors of Australian, military and biographical—which is why the majority of my contributions are in this area. I am also an avid reader, with my favourite authors including Bryce Courtenay (no, it's not just because he has the same name as me ;-)), Matthew Reilly and J. K. Rowling.

I originally joined Wikipedia in December 2006 under the account of User:BSAbraham, but created my present account in June 2007 when I forgot my password (shamed face). I really became an active editor during June 2008, when I joined the Military history, Australian and Biography Wikiprojects. I achived my first Good article and Milhist A-Class article in August that year, which was followed by my first Featured Article the following month; all on Harry Murray. I hit the 10,000 edits milestone in February 2009, which coincided with my first Featured List. In March 2009, I was elected as a Coordinator of Wikiproject Military history and re-elected for a second term in September that year. Having served in the aforementioned capacity for twelve months, I decided not to seek a third term due to my studies.
