My name is Michael Andersen. I attended Grinnell College and Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, and am excited to contribute to this project when I can.

I've created the articles Prairie Lights, The whole world is watching and Das Racist and made substantial contributions to Phil Ochs and 1940 Democratic National Convention.

I'm currently making plans to start a mostly self-written wiki of my own, covering car-free and low-car life in my hometown of Portland, Oregon. If you have advice, I'd love it.
