My name is Michael Andersen. I'm excited to contribute to this project when I can.

I've created the articles Prairie Lights, The whole world is watching and Das Racist and made substantial contributions to Phil Ochs and 1940 Democratic National Convention.

I attended Grinnell College and Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

I'm currently building out a mostly self-written wiki of my own. It's called Portland Afoot and it'll cover car-free and low-car life in my hometown of Portland, Oregon. There'll be a monthly newsmagazine, too. If you have advice, I'd love it.
