Andy Buckley is a particle physicist at the Institute for Particle Physics Phenomenology in Durham, England. When not being physical (ho ho), he fiddles with computers, plays drums and spends as much time as possible outside, be it walking, climbing, kayaking, mountain biking or, hopefully, paragliding.

Because he's a plonker, Andy has two accounts on Wikipedia: this one, and Andybuckley, which he doesn't intend to use any more. Oops. He thinks that allowing user names which only differ by case is very annoying.
