This is me

Hi, I'm Lisa Redmond, and I live and work in Los Angeles. I have always had a special affinity for correcting incorrect information, as well as knowing detailed information, history and trivia. Wikipedia is a perfect outlet for this.

I am still relatively new at this, but am striving to be a good Wikipedian. As a newbie, I am trying my best to follow all the rules. Please forgive me if I have inadvertently broken a rule, it was an oversight on my part and I will take responsibility. I appreciate any advice and will not take anything personally. :-)

However, in my short time here, I have developed some strong opinions/beliefs. I feel to edit articles, you must be a registered user. It is a privilege that should be treated with respect, not a right. It's not like it's difficult or expensive to register an account. It would certainly cut down on vandalism. And if you are an active user, you should have something on your user page. Just sayin'....

I have special interest in Roman Catholicism, San Diego, legal web sites, residential real estate and real estate figures, and social media. Yet I'm also happy to make edits on any page I come across where a link or reference is not good and needs to be replaced or updated, adding references and missing citations to improve an article, and adding further information to enhance an article. Basically, I am a happy Googler!

I have to give massive props to User:Phaedriel who created this great template for User:Jokestress, where I first saw it and have borrowed from. Great admiration to both!!
