ChaTo is the nickname of Carlos Alberto Alejandro CASTILLO Ocaranza (1977-). I did my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Chile, and later postdocs at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and University of Rome La Sapienza. Currently I work as a researcher on Web Information Retrieval at a large Internet companY! I am also a partner of Newtenberg.
