Donnie James Rio (born August 18, 1985) is an American Wiki-editor, band promoter on YouTube and blogger reviewing Hard rock, and metal bands.
I openly support Ron Paul for President of the United States.
Early years
I was born and raised in Webster Springs, West Virginia, a very small town in south central West Virginia. Growing up with a fairly tight knit (or at least I thought) family, never really knowing my father, even though I spent every other weekend with him, until I was about 13 (or 14). Our relationship is still extremely fractured.
Having grown up with few friends, I learned the meaning of the term "true friendship", when no matter what happened to me my best friends where always there for me. I have; four brothers, four sisters, one nephew, one neice, six aunts, six uncles, and countless cousins. I was one of 135 students in the Class of 2003 to graduate from Webster County High School. I grew up with and still continue to be bothered by a case of psoriasis of the scalp, trust me, it's no fun. It gets really annoying.
I then attended Glenville State College for one semester before leaving for multiple reasons (a certain class caused me to fail all but one, and a very real threat against my life).
Post-college
I joined Wikipedia in April 2007. My younger sister gave birth to a baby boy on May 27, 2007 and my neice was born in February 2009. On June 25, 2009, I submitted a question to ESPNEWS via Twitter that was read by Michelle Bonner and answered by Carl Edwards. I asked him if the backflips were taking their toll on his knees.[1][2] He said the backflips were "the easiest part".
Views on society
I have a self-described "anti-culture" personality, and misanthrop. One reason for this is the fact that almost everyone in society today is a conformist. No one has the guts to be themselves, they have to be just like everyone else. I dispise 99% of things in "pop-culture". Finding most of the whole "pop-culture" thing to be redundent, patronizing, and idiotic.
MOMMY!!!
That's what I want for...anytime!!!
I find that most popular music is now the same. It's lost all meaning. Until there is a return of variety in mainstream music (like there was from approximately 1998 - 2001), the music industry will steadily decline in the quality of it's product. I also personally think it has to do with all the prima donnas in the industry today. It's all about; what their wearing, where they shop, where they party, where they eat, etc. It's not about the QUALITY of their music. Instead of getting their name in the news for making good music, they do it by partying and going into rehab multiple times.
I also don't care what you think of me. If you love me fine, if you hate me, good for you. I'll tell you what's on my mind, and what I honestly think. If you don't like an honest person don't even talk to me. If you want someone who'll tell you what you wanna hear, go to one of the douche's that gives a crap. I'm also the type of person that doesn't censor themself, although I do sometimes because you don't know how young some of the people reading my things are.
Interests
I love to play video games, listen to music, watch movies and tv, and surf the internet. I'm a fan of professional wrestling, the NFL, AFL, NHL, and of course NASCAR. One of my favorite movies is Tae Guk Gi - The Brotherhood of War. Also, I love, love, love pepper jack cheese as well as Quaker Steak and Lube, they have some of the best hot wings in the world. I especially like their tequila lime BBQ wings, not to mention their pulled pork sandwich, yum!
