Devesh Verma(born March 27, 1987, in Mainpuri) is the Member of Advisory Committee GPM Alumni Association.His dream is to set up Indian School of Economics, India's largest chain of Economics schools.
Early life[edit]
Devesh was born into the middle class family of Mainpuri. He was born to Ramsakhi and Liladhar Patheriya. His father worked as a Post Master of Mainpuri in Department of Post of India. His father,had an influence on Devesh during his early years. He has a elder brother, Ashutosh, who has completed his studies from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.Currently He is working with IDBI Bank.
Early career[edit]
Devesh Verma has completed diploma in Instrumentation Control & Engineering from Government Polytechnic Mainpuri in 2001-2004 batch.He also completed a B.Tech degree in in 2007Information Technology from .Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow that is the only Constituent College of Uttar Pradesh Technical University . He joined the ICICI Group in November 2007,He was first sent to Delhi for Training at Institute of Finace Banking & Insurance.
After completing training,he was posted to ICICI Bank ,Mumbai Office.He worked in Retail Assets Operation Group and automated a number of manual process earlier being done manually.He Worked on FinnOne and iSecuritisation for almost 5 years .Later he was transfered to Noida in Regional Asset Operations .
In Year 2012,he also completed PGDBA in Finance.He joined NIIT university MBA in 2012.
