Aloha. I live in Hilo, Hawaii, on the Big Island of Hawaii, and spend a lot of time on Mauna Kea. Rather than duplicate my work homepage here, I've linked to it.

In my spare time, I like to photograph astronomy-related subjects, as well as lava flows from Kilauea Volcano, and sea life including coral reefs, tropical fish, and green sea turtle. I also travel sometimes.

I'm the tall one in the picture above - the other one is Mazlan Othman.

I don't often have time to do much on Wikipedia, and I rarely glance at this page, so if anybody ever decides I'm noteworthy and makes a page about me, I might not notice. ;)
