I recently moved and have also been very busy and therefore haven't been very active. I will try to do some work when I can, but it may not be too often.

About Me

I was born at Luke Air Force Base Hospital in Glendale, Arizona. I lived in Phoenix and Cave Creek until my family moved to Connecticut just before my 6th birthday. I've lived in Connecticut most of the time since then, all except 11 months that I lived in Nebraska.

I was married on October 22, 2008. I am an avid hockey fan, and I also like video games, music, and food, though I can be pretty picky in those areas.

Hockey

My favorite team is the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. I am also a fan of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche and the American Hockey League's Connecticut Whale. I play fantasy hockey on Yahoo! each year.

Other Sports

I don't really watch any sports other than hockey, but on occasion I watch baseball and cheer for the New York Yankees.

Video Games

I love video games and own a good number of consoles. The current generation consoles I own are an Xbox 360 and a Wii. The other consoles I own are a PlayStation 2, and a Nintendo 64. For handhelds, I own a Nintendo 3DS, a Nintendo DS Lite, a PSP, a Game Boy Advance SP, a Game Boy Color, and a Game Boy Pocket. My current favorite game is NHL 12 and I am anxiously awaiting Grand Theft Auto V.

Music

My favorite genre of music is classic rock, mostly from the 1980s. My favorite band is Guns N' Roses as it was prior to 1994. My favorite current band is Velvet Revolver and my favorite musician is Slash, who performed as a member both of the aforementioned groups. His recently-released self-titled album is my current favorite. Other bands and artists I like are Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, Queen, Van Halen, Phil Collins and Genesis, The Eagles, Collective Soul, Bon Jovi, Huey Lewis and the News, John Mellencamp, Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band, George Thorogood and the Destroyers, ZZ Top, Billy Squier, Peter Frampton, U2, and "Weird Al" Yankovic.

Movies

My favorite genre of movies is comedy. Among my favorites are Anchorman, Beavis and Butt-head Do America, Bee Movie, DodgeBall, Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, Spaceballs, the Star Wars double trilogy, Super Troopers, Team America, and U2: Rattle and Hum.

Food

Though I am quite picky, I do love to eat. I have been blessed with a high metabolism, so you wouldn't know how much I eat by looking at me. I love restaurants as well as home-cooked meals.

I like Olive Garden, Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's, KFC, White Castle, Subway, Pizza Hut, D'Angelo, 99, and Friendly's.

My favorite type of food is pasta and sauce in its many varieties, including spaghetti, lasagna, baked manicotti, stuffed shells, and even simple dishes such as macaroni and cheese and Hamburger Helper. I also like some Tex-Mex.
