People who are unable to appreciate the meaning of the previous sentence make me chuckle. Arbitration Committee During 2008, I was a member of the Arbitration Committee. I resigned at the end of 2008 due to illness preventing me from fulfulling my responsibilities. I served as the mailing list co-ordinator from January 2009 until late March 2009, a new position was which designed to help the Committee manage their incoming mail. I served until the position was superceded by a new mail handling procedure. I retain the CheckUser and Oversight rights that I was given before my election to the Committee. Me in real life My name is Dan Garry. I have a Bachelor's degree (Joint Honours) in Computer Science and Mathematics from The University of Manchester. I am currently studying for a PhD in Systems Biology run in collaboration with the Manchester Centre for Integrative Systems Biology in the Manchester Interdisciplinary Biocentre at the University of Manchester.
