Dual Freq is short for dual frequency. I have over 15,000 main-space and over 26,600 total edits on the English Wikipedia and I have uploaded over 2025+ images, totaling over 3,500 megabytes to the commons. I was also in the top 75 uploaders, in Fall 2007.

I hold an Amateur radio Extra class license and a commercial General Radiotelephone Operator License with Ship Radar Endorsement. I also have the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+ and Security+.
