In order to manage the entire IT infrastructure, ServicePilot Technologies provides several products:
- ServicePilot ISM Enterprise: provides solution for application and VoIP management as well as network and server management.
- ServicePilot ISM Express: uses the same technology as ISM Enterprise, but ISM Express is dedicated for network and server management.
- ServicePilot 360: monitors end-to-end performance and user productivity by collecting and analyzing NetFlow, AppFlow, virtual / real desktop usage and VoIP tickets.
- ServicePilot NBA for z/OS: provides end-to-end IP and application performance monitoring for the z/OS environment. It captures real-time traffic flows, analyzes and alerts on abnormal behavior (bad application response time, bandwidth consumption, etc.), and detects malicious traffic on the enterprise network.
