ENewsBot can deliver your WikiProject's newsletters on any occasion, ranging from a once-off, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis - you choose a schedule and the bot will deliver.

All you need to do is create a new request in the pending requests section below, supply a WikiProject name, duration of delivery, template syntax (where the newsletter is located, e.g. {{Wikipedia:WikiProject X/Newsletter/January 2000}}) and the list of people you would like it delivered to (preferably on its own separate page with or without an opt-out section).

Requests are reviewed on this page once a week. If the bot is unable to deliver the request, you will be referred to another newsletter delivery bot, that may possibly be able to. If your request has been accepted, you will be notified by both wiki-email and your talk page.

If you do not have an update on your request within two weeks, please feel free to notify the bot operator for assistance. Please send all enquiries, questions and urgent newsletter requests to newsbot.requestsgmail.com.

Approved Requests

Active

All active requests have their newsletters delivered per schedule.

Inactive

If a newsletter has not been delivered for three consecutive months, it will become inactive. To resume newsletter delivery, please contact the bot operator at newsbot.requestsgmail.com.
