Due to the Wikibreak of Concordia (that followed the wikibreak of Esperanza), I had the idea to make an organization that wouldn't be so frowned upon than WP:CCD was.

This having been said, this is not quite an organization, and precisely that's where it deviates from the idea proposed above. It is an ideal, in the sense that Wikipedians who abide by it don't have to vote for a council or even help some programs, but joining this effort is simply to express publicly to the community that your goals and objectives are, in part, to promote civility and sense of community in Wikipedia, and you'll try not to deviate from that as long as you can do so.
