• I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, and work in the Minibus taxi industry in scenario and financial planning. I was previously in Management consulting (building models for derivatives and risk management; scenario modelling and optimisation in the mining industry) and in Finance (as a financial modeller / analyst in fund management and corporate finance).

• I generally work on articles relating to Finance and Judaism (I am Orthodox) - I also have an interest in maths (mainly numerical methods) and languages. Sometimes, when an article takes me there, I'll do a (light-weight) biography.

• I do a lot more more editing and clean-up of existing articles than writing of full articles, and so I sometimes end up researching and then working on topics (slightly) out of my range...
