I'm a student in the north of the UK interested in Mathematics, Science and Music. I was adopted by Worm That Turned, but now have had my training wheels taken off and even made it into the signpost. I have created articles mainly on English Churches and French Mountains, obtaining quite a few DYKs and even some GAs along the way. I help out at the Teahouse, the Reference Desks and am often around on the IRC channel #wikipedia-en-help connect. I'm an adopter and a Good Article recruiter, and am willing to help new editors find their feet through these programmes and on a more informal basis.

St Kilda field mouse participation award Gilderien - I think this was the first mouse article I've edited on wikipedia, and it was a pleasure to work on it with you and Nvvchar. Thanks for suggesting it at RBN. Rosiestep (talk) 17:15, 18 May 2013 (UTC)

List of good deeds Thank you for quality articles on places, especially churches such as Church of Saint Oswald, King and Martyr, Oswaldkirk, and for "good deeds", as you call your contributions, and I call this, - you are an awesome Wikipedian! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:43, 15 October 2012 (UTC)

The Worm That Turned Adoption Course Barnstar
Well done on completing the course! I'm sorry I've been so slow on all the jobs, but you've been an excellent student and have the makings of a great wikipedian. If you ever need any help, you know where I am, but go out there and be confident that you know more than the average joe! WormTT(talk) 10:39, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

The Adoptee Graduation Diploma Since there is nothing more I think I can teach you and I believe you will cope on this encyclopedia without your training wheels, you can consider yourself as a full graduate of Worm That Turned's Adoption Program! I'll always be around if you need me, but I am confident you will do very well on your own! WormTT(talk) 10:39, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

The Tireless Contributor Barnstar For sterling efforts in promoting awareness of use of ecclesiastical buildings as vantage points for observation of pretty countryside, and helping improve coverage of everyone's favourite Transylvanian Count. (I had thought I was fed up with too many DYKs about church buildings, but you've helped add some more variety.) --Demiurge1000 (talk) 18:48, 11 June 2012 (UTC)

The Special Barnstar Thanks for your contributions, Gilderien. SwisterTwister talk 02:45, 20 May 2012 (UTC)

The Original Barnstar This barnstar is awarded to everyone who - whatever their opinion -contributed to the discussion about Wikipedia and SOPA. Thank you for being a part of the discussion. Presented by the Wikimedia Foundation.

The Missing Barnstar For discovering my final Adopt-a-User exam early and thus allowing myself even more time to prepare for it, Worm That Turned has allowed me to give myself the Hidden Barnstar for my inquisitive spirit, essential for a good Wikipedian. Gilderien 18:53, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
