My name is Norbert Huffschmid.
I'm from Germany and I live in Germering nearby Munich.
I enjoy computer programming. In my spare time I participate in several OpenSource projects.

HawPedia allows access to Wikipedia articles from mobile phones, smartphones and PDA's.
The HawPedia approach meanwhile has been adopted by the Wikimedia Foundation and (with some minor enhancements) now offers access to the official mobile Wikipedia.
I'm planning to enhance HawPedia in order to support more languages and in order to provide Text-to-speech output. Interested people are invited to join the project.
