Officially by the history of China and by China's official Han-Chinese succession, I am China's current succession emperor and head of state in exile. In the fall of 1990, I negotiated Saddam's withdrawal from Kuwait successfully, independent of, yet, on behalf of or in favor of the US government.

I am a loyal US citizen of the third generation and, like the king of Afghanistan, three generations of my family have lived abroad. His in Rome and mine in the Hawaii and California. So after three generations in exile, we, like the Royal Afghanistan family, hope to return to our family's homeland of China. Doing so for the betterment of China, its people and nation.

If people want to know more about me and my family, they can get this information at my official website http://himyaosui.wordpress.com or by contacting the U.S. Department of State.

Yours truly,

HIM Yao Sui, Emperor of China, head of state in exile, and king lineage-descendant of the Zhou/Chou Dynasty.

Ps: I am a qualified historian formerly under the tutelage of Professor Dick Morris, University of Hawaii, and Professor Bai Shouyi, Head of the Department of History and Head of the Institute of History at Beijing Teachers University. I am the best in my field of specialty in Chinese and Middle Eastern history. Professor Bai Shouyi, my mentor, has over 40 years of teaching experience and is a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, a member of the Presidium of the Chinese Society of Historians, and President of the Beijing Society of Historians.

Norm Chow, University of Hawaii's football coach, and China's late Premier Zhou Enlai (Chow En-lai) both are my second-cousins.
