I'm modestly active now after hibernation.

Interests include a bit of everything, but history, the natural sciences, mathematics and languages share the top. I've never been able to take an interest in the social sciences (excluding history), however.

But otherwise, everything goes, although I cannot be labelled an expert in any field, except perhaps, for my native language. (At least compared to most contributors to this particular Wikipedia.)

My contributions are few and far between, mostly in spurts, but I'm usually too lazy to investigate a subject thoroughly, when I have some real life investigations to do, as is the case most of the time, but still, I've meddled in a variety of subjects with mixed success.

And, to finish, my user name has nothing to do with Jupiter's moon of the same name.

Feel free to vent your feelings, if any, on my talk page. I am not in the habit of removing anything.
