|Wikipedia seems over-populated (let's face it, one is too many) with arrogant, intransigent editors bulging to overflowing with their own sense of self-importance, who delete anything and everything which doesn't fit their own unwritten internal rules, which basically are "if mummy had no part in it, then out it goes". So far I've come up against at least four. Regardless of how many hours, days, you've spent researching and adding to the information, if it doesn't fit their view, it's gone. They seem to have lost sight of what wikipedia is, or perhaps they never had any view.
I'm already on the waiting list for a heart bypass op, so don't need added hassle.
Will I be back? Who knows? I took a break from virtualtourist in Dec-2009 and I haven't gone back (yet).
No point in leaving messages on my talk page - I won't be reading them. I may log in just to correct some of the awful bosh I find here, but not otherwise
Originally I came from London, but a few years ago I relocated to Cromer on the east coast, although I have lived and worked in China since 2004.
Back to China (Beijing) for March–June 2013. That job – employer's HR style (approximately 0%) drove me away. Everything else was bad too. A ten‑day mistake.
