A user recently elected to ARBCOM was hounded into resigning because of his participation on Wikipedia criticism site. Sure, some people brought up some very old COI accusations, but the primary reason seems to be based something of a vendetta against that site and because of the fact that he did not come clean about his membership during the campaign, so that the site's opponents couldn't vote against him on that basis.
Folks, if we're going to be serious about the anti-outing principle, then you cannot ask people this question. It's none of your business what sites people are part of.
