'Paul E. Richardson' (born September 12, 1962 in El Paso, Texas) is an American professional speaker, and sales trainer, who lectures nationally on sales and customer loyalty, in the internet and print media worlds. Paul delivers powerful, thought provoking training sessions to Publishers, Editors, IT professionals about the internet and web 2.0 applications at conventions and conferences, as well as, webinars and teleconferences. Raised in Illinois, he lives with his family in West Jordan, UT.

Education: Paul receieved his A.A.S. degree from Black Hawk College in Moline, Illinois, his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign, and his Master of Publication Administration degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Paul supports higher education and mentors those who desire to achieve excellence in their chosen fields.
