My name is Melissa Drozdowski, and I work for Interprose Public Relations. Our firm represents a number of high-tech clients in a variety of markets, such as mobile and telecoms. While we do not intend to directly edit our clients' Wikipedia entries, we are happy to act as a resource for the editing community by providing factual, non-advertorial information and accompanying third-party citations.

As per talk page discussions regarding the Hatteras Networks Wikipedia entry, I will be making edits and updates to refresh this content. I will be strictly adhering to Wikipedia requirements that the entry be neutral, free of marketing and advertorial content, and have third-party citations needed for verification of all information added to the entry. I welcome any input, edits, and feedback from the Wikipedia community in regards to the Hatteras page.

On behalf of two clients at Interprose Public Relations, I will be once again asking the Wikipedia editing community for assistance with two entries. Interprose is a full-service public relations agency, however, as in my original COI declaration, I will be strictly adhering to Wikipedia requirements for neutrality. Unless specifically directed to do so by Wikipedia's editing community, we do not intend to directly edit any entries related to our clients. Rather, I would like to act as a resource for neutral, factual, non-advertorial information and third-party citations. I welcome any questions, input, edits, or feedback from the Wikipedia community in regards to these newest entries.

We have submitted a request for creation of a new article about ip.access Ltd. Although our COI is declared above, we would like to restate that Interprose does represent ip.access Ltd. professionally as their public relations agency. We will be adhering to any and all editing rules, recommendations, and best practices as set forth by Wikipedia, including use of non-advertorial, factual content.

We are once again submitting a new request for article creation in regards to one of our clients, IEEE Smart Grid. As before, my original COI is declared above, however, we would like to clearly state that we do represent IEEE Smart Grid professionally as their public relations agency. We intend to strictly adhere to all editing rules, recommendations, and best practices as set forth by Wikipedia, including use of non-advertorial, factual content. Furthermore, we welcome and encourage any input, feedback, or editing that the Wikipedia editing community would like to offer to us in relation to the IEEE Smart Grid Wikipedia article.

We have another client, IEEE Cloud Computing, which has requested assistance in having a new article created. As I have done with previous COI declarations, I would again like to clearly state that we are a paid public relations firm. We are also the agency of record for IEEE Cloud Computing. We intend to strictly adhere to all editing rules, recommendations, and best practices as set forth by Wikipedia, including use of non-advertorial, factual content. Furthermore, we welcome and encourage any input, feedback, or editing that the Wikipedia editing community would like to offer to us in relation to the IEEE Cloud Computing Wikipedia article.

We have again been asked to assist with creating a new Wikipedia article on behalf of our client, IEEE Life Sciences. Therefore, I would once again like to clearly declare a COI as the IEEE Life Sciences PR agency of record.

As with other articles we have created, we will absolutely be adhering to the Wikipedia MOS, as well as editing rules, guidelines, and recommendations. All information included is non-advertorial in nature, will be cited with proper references, and any article created will stick to the required NPOV. We warmly welcome and encourage any input, insight, suggestions, or recommendations the Wikipedia editing community would like to share with us.

Any Wikipedia MOS errors or mistakes in the new IEEE Life Sciences article are completely unintentional and we are more than happy to rectify them immediately.

Thank you,

I have created a new article on behalf of my client, IEEE Cloud Computing. A COI was declared previously on my talk page (see above) but I wanted to restate it now that the article has been published. I have tried to adhere to Wikipedia's NPOV and other policies as much as possible. Any mistakes or non-conformance to these policies was unintentional and insight / advice from the Wikipedia editing community is warmly welcomed.

Thank you,
