The new energy movement is an evolving body of people and knowledge holding the strong belief that we now have access to science and devices that will enable people around the world to tap into an infinite amount of clean energy from anywhere in the Universe. The movement has been in existence in various forms for decades. We know plenty about conventional energy like oil, gas, coal, and we also know much about more common renewable energy (RE) sources like PV (photo-voltaic/solar cells), wind and geo-thermal. The new energy movement is a grass-roots efforts to force the best thinking on the subject of cutting-edge energy sources into the mainstream conscious. Many of these new sources of energy are still considered by some as "emerging" technologies. There are endless questions related to any discussion about new energy. First of all, are there in fact such new and sustainable, earth friendly energy sources that we are not hearing about? What is the current status of new energy production methods that have actually survived the important proof of concept and major test phases? Which of the devices are currently in production or actually in use today? Why do inventors and scientists sometimes find it useful to go "off-shore" to develop their ideas? What new breakthroughs in math and science have elevated this topic to more of a revelation of scientific fact and reality rather than smoke and mirrors. What are the implications of the new energy movement. These are just a few of the questions that this article will attempt to address.

New energy sources in development may begin to overshadow the proliferation of the more common solar and wind power development and production, forcing their use to more specialized real world applications in the long run. The now popular PV and wind power production will always have uses in remote locations where only small amounts of electricity is needed or spots where trickle amounts of energy is needed to power small devices. The existing RE technologies are most useful in spots where it is not feasible to install costly generators and impractical to hook up to an electrical grid. Breakthroughs in ["thin film"] solar technology and super concentrator solar cells, along with new battery technologies, is making solar more practical than ever before. The basis of the new energy movement is that, in order to give the idea a fair chance, ordinary people must organize on their own, as a so-called "movement" classification to force the whole truth on the discussion of new energy sources. As with any lasting movement, such as the civil rights movement or the peace movement, certain details on the timeliness or urgency of the idea must be brought to bear so that ordinary people may see it and then begin to make informed decisions about the subject based on whatever empirical knowledge might become available to them by or through the movement. The hope is that people will then discover the availability of the movement, get informed, get excited and then possibly motivated enough to perform independent research and possibly join the effort. This is all necessary because the complete story on recent breakthroughs in new energy technologies is rarely given mass media attention, coverage or discussion. New energy breakthroughs still reach the mainstream consciousness through small local networks and cyber networks. The new energy sources referred to here may be accurately described using a new "spin" on the Grand Unification Theory and the new Universal Scaling Law For Organized Matter to solve equations and explain processes which we were not able to solve before now. Much of this new approach to common physicshas not reached the classroom yet! Nevertheless, new energy devices and processes continue to get developed through private and philanthropic support. Many of the new devices or processes have reached a high state of development. Inventors of new energy devices and processes are no longer relegated to their garage and many of their inventions are ready for prime time. And now, for the first time, scientist are able to mathematically explain how and why concepts such as zeropoint and over-unity power production actually works. A Portland, OR based non-profit organization, New Energy Movement, suggests that ordinary people first investigate the truth then respectfully share their findings with others through community discussions and forums. Those in attendance are then called on to investigate the truth themselves and so on. Scientists believe this course of action will empower people to stabilize the natural balances necessary for our planet and allow societies to coordinate in building a new world, rich with abundance, starting right now. The movement suggests that massive re-education is needed. Our planet is being recklessly knocked out of balance and millions, if not billions, of defenseless people are allowed to suffer needlessly due to the destructive forces of excessive fossil-fuel consumption and the havoc that it reeks on our planet. When political leaders and major corporations seem unaware or choose to turn a blind eye to science and innovation, as they have with other movements in the past, a new energy movement is born. It then gathers and distributes facts locally to propagate the truth and proposes that the real potential for these new energy sources be discussed presently in a more open and constructive environment so that the change needed to solve our energy dilemma becomes possible and real change begins to happen now. There is now a persistent push or "movement" to bring worldwide attention to the fact that we can now answer the nagging questions posed by naysayers on what was once considered "fringe science" or "pseudo-science." Scientists like E.A. Rauscher and Nassim Haramein and others insist that this subject its not so pseudo anymore. The future is here now. For example, New companies like Blacklight Powerare attempting to capitalize on one iteration of these new technologies, related to shrinking of the hydrogen atom with "heat" in the presence of common metals. This is not fringe science. We may very well be at the threshold of abundance and peace, but it will only happen if we, the people, demand that our leaders in government and industry begin paving the way for mass development of a myriad of new energy technologies and other amazing innovations that are now possible. The matter of new energy sources, the underlying physics that validates grass roots movements like the so-called New Energy Movement in particular, ought to be in the forefront of any discussion on energy and our future. This matter is of extreme importance to the health and survival of our planet. Many people believe that the further development of these new theories in physics may also reveal facts that allow us Human Beings to heal ourselves and evolve to a higher level of consciousness. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS In the first part of the 21st century, large corporate entities and government officials allowed the American economy to go into a virtual free fall, negatively affecting markets around the world. People rely on the ability of leaders to ethically handle investment dollars, yet clear evidence indicates that investors can no longer expect those same corporate and government entities to protect them from the scourge of rampant greed and corruption. In this century, the world market is heavily invested in renewable energy to the point where companies have little choice but to develop large scale solar, wind and geo-thermal energy projects overshadowed by the new emerging energy technologies. The new energy movement suggests that vigorous investments in the emerging new energy technologies are important. New energy movement proponents are calling for a universal grass-roots effort to foster in the kind of change that includes everyone. The new energy movement does not suggest abandoning the previous commitments that investors made in the development and deployment of the existing forms of RE. There doesn't appear to be a conflict here. However, there is a growing consensus that we re-think RE beyond the current solutions offered. The extraction of the more common solar, wind and geo-thermal RE sources, though valid and vital in the transition to clean and sustainable energy, are certainly "not" a final solution to our energy dilemma. Discussions on so-called "clean coal" and further exploitation of fossil fuels, especially for generation of electrical power, transportation uses and heating purposes, will receive the respect they deserve as "old-school energy sources" and may relegated to a quiet, but dignified, back seat to the discussion of technologies mentioned by new energy movement advocates. Advocates believe that the emerging "new energy" devices and processes are vital to any discussion of sustaining our planet and ensuring peace and prosperity.
