Tips for finding a source yourself
  • You are welcome to contact the author(s) of research papers to ask for a copy of their paper directly
  • You can check for books on Google Books, or your local library may also be able to acquire it through interlibrary loan.
  • Some books or journals are in an institutional repository. Google Scholar can identify the location of these open access digital copies when available.

  • Provide as much detail as possible: a full citation with author, title, publisher, and date or identifiers like DOI, ISBN ISSN, PMID, etc.
  • If you are requesting multiple sources, #number them (1, 2, 3..)

  • Filled requests are archived.
  • Requests unfilled after 3 months will be moved to the stale requests page
