I sometimes write tools for Wikipedia:

SnipManager – I use this every time I edit a page. Add citations, infoboxes, cleanup tags, etc. easily with a beautiful interface.
Wikipedia Watchlist – Google Chrome extension which checks your watchlist
GoogleLinks – Adds links to Google, News, Books, and Scholar to the sidebar and automatically searches for the name of the page you are on. Great for use at WP:AfD
F2ComButton — adds a button to Flickr to make it easier to copy images to the Commons. Lets you upload the file yourself to Commons, rather than the bot doing it.

Bookmarklets

I use these like every 5 minutes. Neat little scripts you can add to your Bookmarks bar.

To add these to your bookmarks bar:

Copy the text in one of the boxes
Right-click your bookmarks bar and click New Bookmark... (see image at right)
Enter any name you want and paste the location.

Wikipedia Page History Statistics – builds an edit history overview page for the article with the given name.

WP:FULLURL button to let you instantly copy the fullurl parameters to the clipboard. Also useful for linking directly to a page instead of its redirect (if you came to the page through a redirect, but want a link the real page).
