My name is Nathan, and I graduated in May 2004 from the University at Buffalo with my BS in computer science and RIT in August with my MS, and am now back at UB for my Ph.D.. My long-term goal is becoming a college professor (probably in complexity theory), or securing an industry position.
I am a sysop, although my contributions in that regard are somewhat minor. I firmly believe that sysops should use our abilities only as servants of the community. I am also a bureaucrat, and help out with bureaucratic tasks when it's needed. I am open to recall using (for the time being) Lar's criteria, as either bureaucrat or both crat and sysop at the requester's option.
