Editing was in articles relating to Kosovo, a few miscellaneous articles, and a discussion with an experienced user with respect to image copyright ("Please help a greenhorn understand the difference between public domain and wiki commons").

Additional Notes: 1) Blocked user appears to be a single purpose account, editing solely on this and one other related article, plus various user and project pages related to these articles. Prior to 29 January, he had only 16 edits since registration in March 2007. Signed his edits on the article. Consider possibility he was a member of, or related to, the subject band. 2) Blocked user has subsequently been blocked indefinitely by User:Jpgordon[43]. 3) The blocked account was correct, in that the reference sources did not support the content in the article. It appears the RC patrollers never actually checked the edits for correctness. 4)Blocked user had also edited the article the day before, and had communicated with editor reverting him on the second editor's talk page[44], at which point the second editor stopped reverting.

The initial block was consistent with usual practice. 2) The block message left on the blocked user's talk page did not contain a link to the "unblock" template. 3)Additional exchanges on this case appear to have taken place via email with one or more administrators.

Slow edit war over several weeks, with other users identifying that one user's various attempts at consensus were preferred over the other's. Page history[62], talk page history[63]. 2) Neither editor had made any edits on the page for over 36 hours when they were blocked. 3) Tango is very involved in articles related to this subject, and mentioned his work in this topic during his RfA.

Arabic X had attempted to start a talk page conversation[69] and had reported to 3RR before violating the rule himself, made only 3 reverts. (Note: Description of incident is changed since short version).
