This is not a paper encyclopedia. Take advantage of this; be bold, be prolific, link extensively, and be diligent in editing. The wikipedia is a colony; an emergent property arising from the effort of thousands, and eventually millions, of chumps who like to work for free.
In accepting the infinite nature of knowledge, wikipedia is, while not accepting the theoretical goal of completeness, the first project to have any hope whatsoever of achieving it. If you don't mind the gross inaccuracies that are inevitable when an encyclopedia is edited by unqualified people.
siafu: n see driver ant Any one of a number of species of ants native to Africa (equivalent to South American Army ants) that exist in colonies of up to 22 million individuals (recorded). Although completely blind, swarms of siafu can travel at speeds up to 20 meters per hour (net). No other insect has a greater impact on its local environment. Siafu are the only insect known to have actually killed and consumed human beings, albeit only those for other reasons unable to escape (e.g., babies, the infirm).
