This is an experimental feature and was generated by user:squidonius: a perl script (here)was written to obtain the wiktionary word list and count letters (individual letters, anagrams, singles, doubles and so on). To avoid any policy issues (counting and divisions are acceptable as a calculation) the data was sorted and published without any modification (no deletions) apart from the deletion of non-ascii characters. The word list was taken from the English laungauge index for english. It was created to provide an empirical verification of English words with uncommon_properties.
This is currently a test and will be improved or not, depending on interest by other users. So please direct any questions, ideas, complaints etc to Talk:English_words_with_uncommon_properties
