Everyday's featured Wikipedian Tachyon01 is a Wikipedian from the west coast of the United States, specifically from Santa Cruz, California. He is a mathematician who regularly beats his head against the wall while researching. His primary role on Wikipedia is fighting vandalism. Currently, he is involved with a number of projects and articles. He is actively involved space/astronomy articles including 2003 UB313, Definition of Planet, and Trans-Neptunian Object. He also contributes to the Wikiversity School of Mathematics, where he is teaching two courses: Introduction to Proofs and Introduction to Abstract Algebra.
