Hi! My name is Daniel Carter and I originate from Plymouth, England. My screenname is a shortened form of my usual moniker, "Temporal Incursion", which is in fact based on my long-term interest in all time-related things and their effect or "incursion" into all our lives. Incursion, however originally came from the name of the main starship in the PC game, Star Trek: Away Team, USS Incursion.
I am currently studying for a postgraduate degree, MSc Wireless and Mobile Networks at Bournemouth University. I graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2005, with a BSc Chemistry in Computing degree. I have a varied and diverse range of interests and hobbies, however I am currently heavily engaged in student union and volunteering work.

[edit] Working with Wikipedia
I've been a long-time user of Wikipedia as I've found it to always be an excellent source of up-to-date and accurate information. I aim to write more articles of my own, particularly on those areas where I have particular interest and prior knowledge. I am particularly interested in writing articles about the local area, my Celtic heritage and also in Chemistry and IT.
