Thomas Wilson is a visual artist from Hampton, VA. He was born March 26, 1985. His notoriety comes from his keen photojournalistic eye, as well as his great sense of timing that comes from his years as an athlete as well as sports shooter. As a photographer using Canon, Inc. equipment, Thomas has been both a customer and employee of the brand.

[edit] History

As a youth, Thomas Wilson was a gifted student as well as athlete. His siblings, LaKisha Wilson-Johns and Chanta'l Wilson both grew up in the same house providing a stable family structure. Playing sports and having a great deal of support and discipline set him on the path for success at an early age. Thomas went on to letter in Varsity football, track & field, and wrestling at Hampton High School in Hampton, Virginia. He was also involved in student government, computer animation and photography groups, and both the school's yearbook and newspaper as Co-Editor.

Once graduating for high school with Honors, he chose to attend Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia with one of his high school teammates and an old recreation league football teammate to play for the Yellow Jackets. This proved to be a big mistake, passing on the opportunity to play for the Hampton University Pirates due to the cost of attendance.
