[edit] Why I joined Wikipedia
I joined because I believe that free and unfettered access to information about all subjects, popular or not, is a key principle in wikipedia. I have found that wiki "membership has its privileges," particularly in the face of increasing calls for the deletion of not insignificant articles on controversial subjects.

 Many pages in the Wikipedia, Portal, and User namespaces, have subpages. WikiProjects and user pages for instance often have subpages, and Portals always do. To get a list of all the subpages for a particular page, click on Special pages in the toolbox menu on the left side of your screen. Then click on All pages which is at the top of the list that appears. Then select the namespace the page is in (from the pulldown menu), and enter the pagename in the inbox that has the caption Display pages starting at, and press Go. If the page's name you entered was "pagename", then all the subpages would start with "pagename/". Try it now: Special:Allpages To add this auto-updating template to your user page, use {{totd}}. |
