Hello World,

I am Prasanna. My name comes from the Sanskrit word for happiness. And if you've been to school you might have guessed by now that I am Indian. I speak four languages (three of them Indian) and can read and write in two of these.

I am a student of Computer Science and that means I spend way too much time on the internet. Since I'm stuck here for a rather long time, I decided, I should make myself useful. So, I gather knowledge (not that I will be out using it anyway) from the world and record it here and safeguard these records from the prying eyes (if any) of evil aliens (if any).

I enjoy reading, on and off the internet. My favourite authors include Roy, Orwell, Asimov, Adams and many more. I also enjoy the occasional verse. Music (Classical, Rock and Jazz -- in that order) is a good pastime. I also like to think I'm an amateur Violinist.

Other than that, when I'm not sitting on my ass, I'm sleeping on it.
