I am Vinayak from Bangalore, by profession in to IT and by hobby in to photography. I am resident of Bangalore for over 2 decades and native of Gadag in north Karnataka. My affair with camera started with a simple point click film based camera, spending more than a decade of burning money on films, SLR bodies, books on photography and lenses to now more sophisticated digital equipments. Photography being one of the most popular hobbies provides an unlimited opportunity to be creative is also one of the costly hobbies to have (unless you earn from it). This with additional interests in travel makes it right combination choose many subjects from people to places. Most of my shoots are using nature as the subject, with landscapes, wildlife, birds and water. I also maintain my own website TrailVista.in - An Anthology of photography and places in Karnataka which includes the association of photography and places in Karnataka. Wikipedia being my favaorite destination to associate my work mainly with articles associated with places of Karnataka. This is just a start of adding few more drops of water to the ocean of knowledge on the web
