Richard Smalley, discoverer of the "Bucky Ball" and winner of the Nobel Prize -- Bounced me on his knee at a conference my dad was attending a long time ago. Steven Spielberg -- Ran into him at an Apple Store in Soho and he was wearing his trademark aviator glasses and baseball cap. The Soup Nazi -- Ran into him doing and event in NYC for a Seinfeld DVD release. Eliot A. Cohen -- Sat in on a seminar he was teaching at SAIS, when I was an accepted student. Max I. Silber -- He visited the summer camp where I worked sometimes (and complained). William M. Bulger -- Introduced to him at a UMass Amherst football game by my father, who was a UMass professor at the time. David Thorne - many meetings while working at US Embassy Rome. Miguel H. Díaz - many meetings while working at US Embassy Rome. Mary Carlin Yates - visited Embassy Rome and I helped plan/coordinate.
