Please stop removing CE from entries, if you have a conflicting point of view as to whether CE is appropriate for an article please leave a note on the talk page so that a discussion can take place. Jtkiefer 20:20, Jun 19, 2005 (UTC)
Please stop removing the CE notation from the articles pending the outcome of this. Thank you.—Ëzhiki (erinaceus amurensis) 22:20, Jun 19, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] CE reply
I do not see a problem with you removing the CE notation where it is truly unnecessary (such as in 2005 CE). Some of your removals, however, are not that clear-cut, e.g., 78 CE is actually useful.—Ëzhiki (erinaceus amurensis) 22:56, Jun 19, 2005 (UTC)
His claim is hard to believe; immediately after he said he was going to remove "extraneous AD's next", he went and put one in:[1] As well, he's been removing BCE as well, and in other pages with AD, he removes only BCE not AD e.g.[2] Jayjg (talk) 02:49, 20 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] "Extraneous" notation
If you have a problem with "extraneous" notation, why don't you show some good faith by removing some ADs; Wikipedia is regularly inundated with people who feel it is their duty to remove any mention of BCE/CE from it, but I haven't seen anyone yet who has made it their mission to remove BC/AD.
