Airport's comment

Hey, Marcika. About the comment you added on this article, I think it's irrelevant for a ranking of airports if there were some "disturbances", whatever the problem is. For example, nobody is discussing about the economic crisis and its impact on the aviation industry in 2009, and the slump all the airports around the world suffered. If there is a "ranking" and not an article, the idea is to show and strengthen the data it contains, not necessarily discuss why the data is in one way or another. Cheers. Carbon tax calculation

Hi there: Just wondering where you came up with the new calculations for carbon taxes. I did the previous calculations and I'm pretty sure they're correct, e.g., the EIA reports 10.28kg CO2 per gallon. There's 1000kg in a metric tonne, so that's 0.01028 tonnes CO2 per gallon. At $12 per tonne CO2 that works out to $0.12336 per gallon, so your edit (changing it to $0.028) is not correct. Agreed?

FYI, I'm very new to wikipedia, so I don't know what the proper etiquette is about undoing changes, but I'm pretty sure that the original numbers were better than the changes you made.

Excellent, thank you. You also noted that the table needed a lot more work. If you suggest things I'm happy to work on them. My own thought was that it would be better to have the table list tax rates for a carbon tax of $10/tonne rather than the current $12/tonne because then it would be easier to convert to other units. Also maybe have two tables, one for short tons and one for metric tonnes? (Then it would be possible to separate out the gallons versus liters, yes?) Other ideas? Faith school

Your recent edit of Faith school has a couple of issues - one is the use of the word fervent which is POV - the other is that some unsourced claims were made - these have been tagged as needing citations.Autarch (talk) 13:42, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

Fervent = zealous = displaying intensity of spirit. The official Church says it wants "actively involved" members. Citation provided; you could have done it yourself instead of admonishing me. Marcika (talk) 14:21, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

Translation of German page

Hello Marcika. I was browsing Wikipedia:Translators_available#German-to-English and noticed you were listed as a translator. I would like to add the German wikipedia article "Josef Maria Auchentaller" to English if possible but I don't speak German. I would use Google translate but it comes out very confusing.
