Rmt. Welcome to Wikipedia. I just want to point out that Stephen Harper will only become prime minister when he is sworn in as prime minister by the Governor-General. No mattter what happens tonight, he will not be prime minister in the morning. He will have to wait until the swearing-in, which should be in a couple of weeks or so.
